Running a busy support department, I'm always a little frustrated and disappointed by companies that treat SLAs as something for the customer and not themselves. Set SLA goals and beat them. Proud of my team and the results they get... 1st response time average is just minutes!

@AskFreshdesk This morning we are constantly being prompted to reauthorise our email settings for the support email (custom email). Done so several times, no luck. Been fine for months so a bit odd... issues at your end?
