@hongniuuu @dreeezabz I think choosing something that your own is selfish (not inna negative connotation). People understand that when it’s your baby vs another but others don’t when it’s a pet vs a kid because of our inclination to our own. Thats why I dont really think it’s immoral but selfish.

@hongniuuu @dreeezabz I would also say that the bond humans make between each other is more intricate than a human to non human. So saving that child so their parents can have that bond could be seen as more moral.
