Added affinity values. If a tile is surrounded by grass, it has a high chance of turning to grass and if a tile is surrounded by water, it has a high chance of turning to water as the iteration goes. Land tries to connect to land, and water tries to connect to water.

Testing gamepad control with JInput, a popular Java library for gamepad support.
