Anyone in #utah having success with @rachioco? Have used them for years, but at our new home it’s been nothing but trouble, and less “smart” than it claims to be.
I’ve reached out to support twice in a month and the response both times was “we don’t know why it’s happening”
Was just informed by an ABM/Intent SaaS provider I’ve never looked into that they “noticed I was interested in their product.”
They told me their report said I was showing intent because—wait for it—they sent me cold outreach.
Love how @FedEx is fine just lying about trying to deliver, when the reality is this package is just stuck in their North Salt Lake warehouse (the FedEx abyss)
.@FedExHelp@FedEx literally responded to this by looking up the package tracking and giving my a copy/paste of the same tracking formation I already have 😂
