@sewateruk I week ago there were emergency SE Water works at the Pembury Road reservoir. This week it’s all failed, sure it’s just a coincidence?
How much will the total compensation bill be this time.
@ThreshedThought Why is it that a small area of SE Waters area of responsibility is more impacted by weather than the rest of the region and country?
Southern Water has 3 alerts. SE Water can’t be trusted as they proved in the select committee this week.
@ThreshedThought Thanks Mike
Has anyone ask the Pimpernel Hinton or any of the rest of the board of South East Water to turn of the water supply to their homes and offices for the equivalent duration of the outage
@sewateruk@tomprimrose Hi Hannah
In the South East Water annual report it confirmed the CEO had received a 30.2% salary increase and this image shows an annual bonus of £115k.
As this isn’t for operational performance can you advise what is was for?
@ThreshedThought I can’t help think that a water company that serves 3 regions could have a simpler structure. Maybe Dave could focus a bit more on his customers if 75% of the company wasn’t owned by Canadian and Australian entities. Who is he really working for?
@sewateruk@ThreshedThought
Maybe your senior leadership team should re-read their commitment to risk mitigation
On Risk 5 your board appears to have failed on most measures
@JXLplum@ThreshedThought I remember it fondly….
I don’t believe their recovery time
I don’t believe what they said was the cause
I don’t believe they will learn anything from this.
I don’t believe bonuses will be withheld or clawed back.
I do believe any compensation will be meagre.
