So 43.5k in roughly 5 and a half hours. At 30k, encountered the infamous wall and was jogging like an overly excited pirate by the end. Overall, an awesome 1st marathon. I look forward to the next.

Incredible how much your shoulder can hurt if you sleep on it wrong. It's made running interesting too. For 1st km or 2, every step feels like a small but well placed punch.
