@SkyHelpTeam Internet is down, apparently can't connect to the hub, done everything the website has suggested but still not working. No option to book an engineer but I've got coursework to go in this weekend. What do you suggest?

@SkyHelpTeam Our Internet light is out and it's saying there's no connection to the hub. Our internal connection is working and the wi-fi is on but we can't access the Internet. We've tried changing the cable and the filter and all expected measures but still nothing.

@MissBethanEJohn My first appointment with the CMHT meant I got diagnosed with ASD finally. I was terrified going in there but I had everything, all my answers and problems written down and ready to go. Scary AF, but utterly worth it.
