@gearfornothing Ain’t nothing objective about this list. Google the same question in AI and you get:
1. Roronoa Zoro
2. Guts
3. Kenshin
4. Ichigo
5. Tanjiro
6. Levi
7. Saber
8. Mihawk
9. Gintoki
💯
@MuhdAliy007 Ppl hate because Subaru as a protagonist differs from most others that are in a world such as his. I continue watching because I do enjoy it, but his whole thing is getting the shit beat out of him until he finds what works or lets the other overpowered characters save the day.
@MasonNa53083594@Gino4Steven@heyjay_xo I kinda liked Steins Gate’s approach where Okabe became desensitized after a while. Subaru definitely been through it tho lol. My main complaint is that Subaru doesn’t gain any reflexes or power, he simply dies repeatedly and strategizes others abilities, gaining nothing himself
@gearfornothing I’ll take good filler over god awful pacing. Even the manga canon in one piece is too drawn out. Why do we need the backstory for 30 randoms we’ll never see again? Did the new seasonal format fix the pacing?
@MrAllanMcDonald@zekrominer Most of the series is long and drawn out, not just the filler. Even the manga has a lot of “fluff” unfortunately.. some call that good world building. I call it excessive.
New seasonal format will hopefully have better pacing but I haven’t watched it yet!
@Awk20000 I don’t get why she’s sharing this take when she doesn’t seem to address any other allegations or “controversies” including her own lol. Sykkuno must’ve hurt her.
@HechenTheReborn I like watching a main character that does more than just die, whine, and simp over girls repeatedly.
The main character in Mushoku at least only does one of those things.
@HitoriItachi Yup I’d 100% recommend the original series (I heard the anime continuation was poorly received) a series brought to life is a treat, even if the treat is limited. It also helps bring more life to the pages whenever reading it, because you can “hear” the characters voices.
