Our response regarding @kickkarmacf and the expectations that fell short.

We offered Karmacf $18k monthly for a stream deal, paid out $4.5k to him week 1 with no resistance and $10k to a player who nearly max won on day 1 of his deal.

While slower movement is expected during platform transition, it was no where near what is acceptable which resulted in the use of performance targets which were agreed on by both parties. As a result, Karmacf tried to save his deal by bringing in his "high roller" to wager boost, as well as another player to deposit boost in order to hit the performance targets.

Just a few hours before the ending of the leaderboard, Karmacf took his leaderboard down claiming errors were randomly (and conveniently) preventing viewership of prize payout distribution of the leaderboard. As a result, Roulo staff manually tipped out players via DMs under Karmacf code to help payout the leaderboard.

Following these events, Karmacf contacted another company that one of our creator scouters was affiliated with, resulting in that individual losing their position. This scouter had no involvement in the situation, and the action appears to have been taken purely out of spite toward a Roulo team member.

Karmacf spread false claims that Roulo engaged in scamming. In fact, Karmacf underdelivered, withheld leaderboard results, and inflated wager and deposit volumes in attempt to steal more funds from Roulo, even after we extended leniency on a deal.

The streamer/casino space is riddled with scammers and liars, unfortunately, Karmacf is one of them. This is our last comment on the situation.
