Releasing the model weights and technical report of Kimi K3.
Kimi K3 is our most capable model: a 2.8T MoE model with native visual understanding and a 1M-token context window.
New model architecture: 2.5x the intelligence per unit of compute, not just more params.
Alongside Kimi K3, we're opening up more of the stack behind it — high-performance attention kernels, MoE communication library, and infrastructure for running agent environments at scale.

Don’t know if its going be more hilarious or sad to witness Bob Myers drop nuts and get Jaylen Brown and Bron while his former employer continues to be petrified to make moves…
Maybe both
BREAKING: LeBron James is signing with the Philadelphia 76ers on a two-year, $8 million deal with a player option, Klutch Sports Group and Klutch CEO and Game Over show host Rich Paul tells ESPN.
Eshkol v1.3.1-evolve is out—differentiate to ANY order, get EXACT answers, run FOREVER. The compiled Scheme with ∂ as a compiler primitive. is now built for always-on programs. Long-running loops proven flat. Full R7RS conformance. Zero-GC arena memory. Native LLVM speed.
later this month we'll be opening up the official beta test in advance of the public debut of our platform. if you're interested in becoming one of our testers drop me a line.
all this week we're going to be handing out free demo accounts to our agentic laboratory assistant platform. throughout Tech Week you'll be able to try it out for yourself if you meet our representative at an event.
today we embark on a mission to replace the need for NVIDIA for training on consumer hardware. we endeavor to provide CUDA for Apple, and today we have pushed the code for you to begin to use. within the next couple months we will eclipse the demand for it https://t.co/iC7CjwVesh
spin_based_neural_network v0.5 has just shipped. it's a research-driven release on top of v0.4.3 and it closes a tool-validation thread that's been running for the past few weeks.
the work centres on the kagome S=½ Heisenberg antiferromagnet at L=3 PBC (N=27, Hilbert space dimension 2²⁷). this is one of the most-studied unsolved problems in frustrated magnetism: is the ground state a gapped Z₂ Toric Code (Yan-Huse-White 2011, Depenbrock 2012) or a gapless U(1) Dirac spin liquid (Iqbal et al. 2013, Liao 2017)? different families of approximation give different answers, and the literature has been split for over a decade.
v0.5 ships an end-to-end diagnostic pipeline — sector-projected Lanczos with three flavours (smallest, lean, lean-with-eigvec), full p6m point-group projection, K-generalised Zhang-Grover-Vishwanath MES extraction, parallel real-input partial trace, orthogonal-projection-penalty Lanczos for doublet partners — and applies it to N=27. five independent observables align: the global ground state lives in the E₂ doublet (not A₁), seven quasi-degenerate S=½ states fit the low-energy window (not four), the cross-sector gap extrapolates to zero, the spin-spin correlator decays algebraically with η ≈ 1.5, and the empirical lattice modular S has singular-value spectrum (0.92, 0.80, 0.20, 0.013, ≈0) — rank 4 but not the flat-½ Hadamard spectrum Z₂ TC requires. all five point toward U(1) Dirac at this finite size.
the result has a credibility receipt. the full p6m representation matches the C₆ᵥ character-table prediction to 1.835·10⁻¹¹ on the diagonal and 3.331·10⁻¹⁶ (machine ε) on the off-diagonal, across all 432 matrix elements of the lowest-energy 6-state manifold. the same pipeline that delivers the Z₂-TC rejection reproduces pure group theory at machine precision.
