Today I visited bank on 28 nov, 2023, at hall bazar branch due to a concern that I was facing with Mandates, I reached the bank at 3.15pm but was denied entry every on multiples request, banks official timings online is showing till 4.30.

I have been a regular customer of Flipkart since the start but I hate how they treat their customers now.
I ordered a travel bag kit and received incomplete product ,to which I raised a refund request, my order was picked but then I never got refund.
