Not to mention, players say the world feels empty in Mario Kart World, they are generally referring to its undercooked open world free roam map and the lack of traditional, uninterrupted race structures.Players point to several key reasons for this feeling of emptiness Pointless Free Roam The map features large expanses of dead space connected by long, straight, and uninspired highways. Critics note that there is a lack of meaningful landmarks, interactive NPCs, or engaging things to do.Meaningless Collectibles: Activities in the open world largely boil down to finding medallions, hitting question block panels, or completing short, repetitive mission modes that only reward basic stickers.Forced Intermission Tracks: Many players miss traditional 3-lap Grand Prix races. The game forces players to drive through long connective loops and intermission tracks between actual races, which disrupts the gameplay flow.Lack of Secrets: Unlockable content can be acquired in a matter of hours, and there are very few hidden secrets, unlockable karts, or classic tracks hidden in the open world.
Ha blind nintendo glazing going to get you nowhere, the player count for Mario worlds has gone down so much,my buddy said its hard to find a lobby with even 5 players, meanwhile in crossworlds, full lobby in less than 2 minutes, every time, and still getting updates and more content, unlike the flopped mario kart world
The players feedback and player reviews, "open world " that actually empty,so many bugs and stuff that shouldn't have been in the game on launch, now sonic crossworlds, kirby air riders, those are good racers, you cant keep blindly following after sloppy greedy games that nintendo keeps putting out, nintendo, is terrible rn
