Kinda annoying we need to wait a week but the current event is running for another 6 days after his milestone starts so hopefully we get enough time to unlock.

@Likwid_Smoke @CCG_JuzoSuzuya @MarvelStrikeF His campaign isn't today. It looks like his campaign is on the 23rd but there will be a way to unlock him during this event which doesn't include spending. Said so in the blog from last week but this weeks blog will confirm the date.
