I’ve been quiet lately and a big part of that is the state of the market

I haven’t stopped building I just don’t want to put months of work into a project and launch it in this type of market with the possibility of it not getting the attention it deserves

Hopefully this reset clears out some of the noise and makes room for the people building things that actually matter

Memes paired with stocks paired with memes

Maybe this is controversial considering that everyone’s is calling to go back to memes

I actually love the direction the space is heading in right now.

Pairing SPL tokens with stocks and using the fees they generate to buy those stocks and distribute them back to holders is a genuinely interesting meta

But let’s not forget that this is still just another meta.

We’ve seen AI, we’ve seen game-fi, we’ve seen tech. We’ve seen a dozen other narratives become the only thing anyone wanted to launch for a few weeks.

Eventually attention rotates, and I think memecoins will come back like they always do.

The bigger takeaway from this one is what it’s proving in the process

On chain capital is starting to move actual stocks

A bunch of internet coins generating enough volume and fees to create noticeable buy pressure on real-world assets is something I don’t think people outside of crypto fully appreciate yet.

Stock traders are getting a front row seat to just how much capital, attention and coordination exists onchain now.

Whether this meta lasts 2 weeks or 2 years almost doesn’t matter.

We’re starting to export liquidity and attention into other markets and forcing eyes from every corner to see what’s happening on chain

That’s the part I’m bullish on
