Tweeting about the trials and tribulations of a social worker working in Lancashire

[The Children's Society @childrensociety]

Gangs are grooming children with drugs and alcohol or promises of status and wealth.
Children under the control of ‘county lines’ drugs gangs are not criminals, but victims of criminal exploitation and trafficking.

We will always stand with those who are being oppressed.

@Ermintrude2 @christheowl He's more electable than any of his predecessors- bar Tony Blair and his decision making turned about to be a little flawed...

[Social Work Stuff @S0cial_Work_NW]

@Ermintrude2 @christheowl I met him I the flesh - he was so interested in what I had to say. We were surrounded by press but he just wanted to chat about #salfordUni

[Social Work Stuff @S0cial_Work_NW]

@LancsPolice You guys are amazing!! Something tells me that alcohol is playing a big factor in these #domesticabuse crimes

[Lancashire Police @LancsPolice]

Another domestic related report on 999 of a woman telling us she has been punched in the face at an address in Padiham. Domestic Abuse takes lots of forms - have a look here https://t.co/EnWU5OKLnJ for more info & please don't suffer in silence. We're here for you #999DayUK

[Lancashire Police @LancsPolice]

999 call regarding another domestic incident in Blackburn. Man is 'kicking off' inside a property, sounds of screaming and shouting and potentially children at the address. We are on our way #999DayUK
