Chatter Shield v1.6 Update

- Added in some additional messaging when messages are sent. All TGs will receive a link now to the "Shield Trending" group, and both $SHIELD and $X will have some additional messaging. Thanks for the suggestion Cross
- On the unlock screen, adding in how long in minutes and seconds it too the raid to complete.
- Our friends at $X found some bugs that cause the bot to have issues, including edited and deleted tweets. Deleted tweets now has a fix, while edited tweets is still a work in progress. If you encounter this please use /cancel and the bot should unlock chat for you.
- Began preparing a global database for additional bot usage stats. This will be fully ready in a future update.
- Bounty messages should also now be sending properly to the Shield Trending chat.
- Improved performance.
