Why I'm Collecting Blokyz for the Long Term
I've been collecting NFTs for years, and I've seen hundreds of projects come and go. Very few have made me want to build a position as large as I have in Blokyz.
I currently own over 100 Blokyz, and my goal is to reach at least 250.
Not because I'm expecting a quick flip, but because I genuinely believe in what the team is trying to build.
What makes Blokyz different for me is the combination of art, collectibles, IP and the ambition to bring real-world assets (RWA) into the ecosystem.
Most PFP projects focus on one direction. Some build around IP, others focus on art, and some try to create utility. Blokyz is attempting to bring all of these together under one ecosystem.
I love the artwork, the different eras, the backgrounds, and the lore behind them. Each Blokyz feels like part of a much bigger world rather than just another profile picture.
But art alone isn't why I'm collecting this heavily.
I've had the opportunity to speak with the founder, UJ, and what matters to me is the team's experience, their long-term thinking, and their willingness to build beyond the usual NFT playbook.
Having collectors like Adam Weitsman involved, with 500 Blokyz, also makes this journey interesting to me. But ultimately, my conviction comes from my own research and interactions with the team.
Of course, none of this guarantees success. Building a sustainable business around an NFT collection is difficult, and the team still has plenty to prove and deliver.
But I like the direction, I like the people behind it, and I believe the vision is worth giving time to develop.
I'm not collecting Blokyz for what it might do next week.
I'm collecting because I want to see what it can become over the next few years.
Art. Collectibles. IP. RWA. One ecosystem.
That's my thesis on Blokyz.
Collectors collect. 🫡

There remains just one final blocker before the full launch of the Sinjoh platform 💫

👉 Enabling yield for liquidity pools; executes after a 48hr time-lock delay.

We know everyone is ready for the wait to end & appreciate everyone’s patience as we prioritize a strong launch!

[Meatbag @smokemebrisket]

Toxin V, Toxin G, the Rogues and a possible Cypherpunk connection. We followed the clues, but the mystery only deepens… 🧪💀 https://t.co/Bd11FEEITm

[InkBrokers @Brokers_on_Ink]

We think it’s fair.

Every day people post about brokers and about Ink, and they do it for free. They bring people to the floor, explain the desk, and put Ink on timelines that never heard of it.

We decided that should pay.

Commission Desk is new tech from INK BROKERS. Post about the brokers and about Ink, and get paid for it. Every week a reward pool goes to the people doing the work.

The goal is simple: more eyes on Ink, and the people who bring them get rewarded.

Launching very soon.

Notis on.

This @OriginalBlokyz just sold for 1.66E, but yea, sure, the team is silent and it's over.

Congrats to the buyer and a little bit to the seller.

[LoKi 😈 @lokithebird]

In the last 24 hours at Blokyz:

1/1s sold for 1.59 and 1.66 ETH to @smokemebrisket and @CharliegNFTeth

Meanwhile, @gokiaDFX added a Wraith and an Archmage, completing the Medieval Era!

Collecting is more fun at Blokyz.
