Yes the top teams do spend that but my point is that I think Indiana spent more than $20m. I think it’s closer to $30m possible even slightly more. I mean Mark Cuban was a donor. You’re telling me they somehow couldn’t scrounge up more than $20m acting like they are some poor Cinderella school Nah they spent the bag just like everyone else
Saban was one of the best coaches before he even got to Alabama. He won a national championship with LSU and he was one failed physical away from getting Drew Brees to Miami and staying in the NFL. He always had the elite personnel. It’s just when Julio committed in 2008 that changed everything and opened the flood gates.
Almost every player that has ever played for him (including all the way back to Michigan State and beyond) has called him the greatest coach to ever do it. Why is it so hard to believe that yeah maybe he did recruit above board and the best players wanted to play for the best coach?
As for Alabama paying players, if you have any evidence of Nick Saban/Alabama directly paying players please share but innocent until proven guilty. It makes a lot more sense that the best players wanted to play for the best coach than the NCAA letting Alabama go on the greatest dynasty college football has ever seen if they we were cheating the whole time
@CorrectInUS@therandomsec How? Honestly asking because to me it seems like Saban is the only one preaching about what is best for the players. Everyone else is just preaching about how much money they can get. Those two aren’t always the same thing.
@RedWavePress There is ZERO chance that Kamala (if she’s the nominee) will be able to handle Rubio jabbing her on a debate stage. I give it under 5 minutes before she calls him sexist and begins to try to sympathy cry.
Here you are back to using semantics. Spending $20m on your roster ( and I believe it’s more than that but that’s what Cig said so sure w will use it) is being a big spender. Saying other teams spent more doesn’t change that fact. I don’t really care what type of delusion you use to convince yourself that Indiana didn’t spend a ton on their roster.
@Oliver1370208@OxinerMike@SeamusMcRizzle@FoxNews The only point I made that was opinion was me thinking he’s lying. So what other points are opinion? 20m isn’t bottom tier and they were ranked 13th in portal. Those are just facts dude.
@RightAtOkay@LandryclarkTE1@Asgurokelsm67@SeamusMcRizzle@FoxNews “I’ve stayed on every subject….” Dude your very first tweet into this thread was bringing up that Indiana spent less than the other 4 teams in the playoffs. A point ZERO people were making. You’ve done nothing but move goalposts dude. But whatever man you do you I guess.
You have done nothing but interject things that no one is talking about to try to prove your point and then when we try to argue against the point your making you move the goalposts to another point and argue from there. You did it to me and the other guy.
Oklahoma State was kept out of the BCS because they lost to Iowa Stste. Not because one vote by Saban kept them just low enough. You are really gullible if you believe that. But you also believe Indiana’s paid $20m for their team so it tracks. Gullible and dumb
You just keep moving those goalposts. Eventually it’ll work out. I guess.
No Saban’s poll isn’t what kept Oklahoma State out. Them losing to an Iowa State is what kept them out.
And again no. I didn’t say everyone else is lying. I said Cig is lying.
You couldn’t be more disingenuous in this argument if you tried.
Genuinely believe you are just making shit up because no it didn’t die down. We still hear about Oklahoma State getting screwed by the BCS at that was 15 years ago. You literally have zero idea what you are talking about.
No. I believe Saban because he would get charged with a crime for lying in front of a Senate committee. Because that’s what would happen if he lied right?
@RightAtOkay@LandryclarkTE1@Asgurokelsm67@SeamusMcRizzle@FoxNews “Very few people complained….” now we know you weren’t around back then. Sportscenter bad entire segments through the following days and weeks dedicated to the teams that got screwed by the BCS 😂😂
@RightAtOkay@Asgurokelsm67@SeamusMcRizzle@FoxNews Since you love moving the goalposts so much we got to go back several arguments. But you said that Saban could just lie. If he were to lie to that committee, could he be charged with a crime? Yes or no?
@RightAtOkay@Asgurokelsm67@SeamusMcRizzle@FoxNews Your exact words were “perjury requires to be under oath”. I proved to you that’s false so yes I have proven you wrong.
Are you really going to play this semantics game with me?
