Went to the market today with my wife and ran short of cash. I looked around and found a POS agent nearby. Tell me why did this lady spat on her fingers and started counting the money? I just told her to leave it, I got so irritated. The last time I saw anyone do that was probably 15 to 20 years ago. Like, you spit on your fingers to count money 🤮🤮🤮
My client gave me a Hilux to use anytime I'm in Port Harcourt for his project.
Fine gesture.
But that car drinks diesel like it has a personal war against my account.
I calculated what I was spending.
It was alarming.
So I bought a bicycle. ₦150,000.
Saved a lot of money immediately.
Anytime my client is around I drive the Hilux.
The moment he travels I bring out the bicycle.
Green energy. Saving the planet. 🌍😂
Nobody needs to know the real reason.
Somehow, I spend an average of 200,000 Naira on fuel monthly.
This is after making conscious efforts to go out only when necessary. I go to work and back. When broke, I go to the office three times a week. No more unnecessary night drives around town.
This is not the life I imagined for myself. Dear Lord, abeg I no wan thief.
I haven't bought new clothes in a while. The cost of living has me on a chokehold.
This is ranting, i’m tired.
i texted her, "how was your day today?" and she sent me a 7 minute voice note telling me everything..
and that basically sums up the kind of person i want by my side. stop normalizing disinterest.
Africa taught you to survive.
Faith taught you to trust.
Now build systems that teach
your children to thrive.
The hustle stops with us.
The legacy starts today.
I watched a brilliant man stay broke for a decade because he genuinely believed that being too focused on money was unspiritual. He was generous, humble, and constantly in need.
The lie wasn't that money is unimportant. The lie was that wanting to steward it well made you less holy.
“Bring Biblical Masculinity Back!”
This generation does not need more confused men.
It needs men who fear God, walk in discipline, love with purity, lead with wisdom, and stand for truth even when it is unpopular.
Biblical masculinity is not aggression.
It is not pride.
It is not controlling women.
It is not acting hard while secretly being spiritually weak.
Real masculinity is found in Christ.
A real man has the strength to pray.
A real man has the discipline to control lust.
A real man provides, protects, and leads with humility.
A real man is accountable.
A real man honors women instead of using them.
A real man does not abandon responsibility.
A real man can say “I was wrong.”
A real man stays faithful even when temptation is available.
We have too many men chasing pleasure but avoiding purpose.
Too many men building muscles but neglecting character.
Too many men who want submission but refuse sacrifice.
The kingdom needs men with conviction again.
Men who will stand for righteousness in private and public.
Men who will love their families, serve God sincerely, protect their minds, and carry spiritual responsibility.
Adam was silent and creation suffered.
Joseph stayed pure and generations were preserved.
David repented when corrected.
Jesus became the perfect example of strength under control.
Child of God, masculinity is not dead, but it must return to the pattern of Scripture.
Bring back men of prayer.
Bring back men of integrity.
Bring back men who read the Word.
Bring back men who take responsibility.
Bring back men who are led by the Spirit and not by lust.
The world does not need more “alpha males.”
It needs godly men.
