1) Pakistani population grew faster than India 🤔
2) Pakistani currency devalued massively compared to India. (More / Most plausible)

Bureaucracy and economic environment are all adjacently important and an effect of the above structural issues

A British couple we know visited SF this past week. They like to walk, and walked all over the city. They said it seemed cleaner and safer than London. So while there is still work to do, SF is now definitely fine to visit. If you feel like visiting the US, that is.
