@theoldzealand you can't prevent this even with only top2 advancing. And i don't mind it.. the early groups get the advantage of more rest days for the knock-out match. the last groups the advantage of knowing whats needed, a fair balance.

@theoldzealand UEFA can't. As 2030 is in EU. Only 2 Federations are CONCACAF and OFC for 2038. This is a problem the FIFA created with the 2030 being on 3 continents. Well maybe not a problem for them as they will make all the money again in the US. I dont see OFC building 12 stadiums for this
