There were 2 FIRs filed, as the 1st one had no mention of the alleged location, which was because the complainant was never present there at the first place, which is also proved by their Call Details.

The 2nd FIR however mentions & describes the place; but only after ACP Ajay Pal Lamba video shoots it under the guise of investigation; this fact was also hidden from the court during the trials. He foolishly exposed himself in his own book that he published regarding this case.

The mention & description of the location was made ONLY AFTER watching the video shot by ACP Lamba.

Mysteriously both the Video & the copy of the 1st FIR were not produced in the court and were stated to be deleted and lost.

Fearing the Conspiracy Exposed; after the medical reports refuted any sign of RAPE or physical harm whatsoever & call details falsifying the allegations, POCSO was invoked mischievously to frame an Innocent.
