Steadily on degen live, people make thousands of dollars just by doing good research and finding the next runner.

After a few days of illness, I’m finally back online, and I decided to visit the @SABIOapp .

Almost every token on Solana does a 90% pull back. Plenty do 95%.

Every time it happens people blame the dev, then the influencer, then the people who couldn't hold. Wisemen ran the numbers on one of these charts and it was none of that. It was four guys with $400 each.

Walk with us for two minutes.

Four guys catch a coin on the bonding curve. One buys in at a 16k market cap, the next at 20k, then 22k, then 25k, all within a few minutes of each other, all of them thinking they found alpha. At a 20k market cap, 2% of the entire supply costs about $400. These are not whales. Most guys out here have $1,500 to their name in crypto, so $400 is a real bet for them.

Coin runs to $2.3M. Every one of them is looking at $46,000 on a phone screen. That's a year of salary for a lot of people.

One thing before the story finishes, because it's what everybody gets fooled by. A market cap is the price of one token multiplied by how many tokens exist. It's a multiplication problem. Nobody put $2.3M into that coin. There is no $2.3M sitting anywhere.

The picture shows what's really there. $2.3M is the illusion. The pool at that cap holds $306k, and half of it is the token itself. The other half is SOL, roughly $153k, and the SOL side is the only thing that can hand somebody a dollar.

The screen says $2.3M. The cashier window has $153k in it. For every $15 of market cap you're looking at, there's about $1 available to leave with.

Four guys holding $184,000 of paper. $153,000 in the drawer.

They look at each other and go one, two, three, sell. Then they're standing in line behind each other, and the chart falls with every order that clears.

First one out gets $35,400. Second gets $22,100. Third gets $15,100. The fourth guy gets $11,000 for the exact same bag.

$2.3M to $474k. Down 79%, in what felt like the blink of an eye to anyone holding it.

Four men took profit at 100x. That's the whole crime. If your mother called you today and said she just did 100x, you'd tell her to sell.

Whatever side you're on, you're not seeing the other side. The guy who holds everything too long gets sold on top of by somebody with fewer ethics. The guy telling him to hold needs the people above him to hold, because that's the only way there's room for him to make anything. Everybody's waiting on somebody else to be the exit liquidity.

Somebody's gonna say "bro just hold." Fine. Get 98% of the book to hold. If two wallets sitting on 5% between them decide to liquidate, the chart is down 67% and the other 98% never moved a token.

Run the ratio yourself on any chart you're in. Tokabu had $306k of liquidity against a $2.3M market cap, which is 13%, and only half of that can pay you. 6.6 cents of real exit for every dollar of market cap.

The money that never shows up is the other half of this. Somebody with $100k to $200k who wants real size in a project can't get it. The buy moves the price by itself on the way in. They can't leave without handing most of it back. So they don't come at all, and the project never gets the deep liquidity that would've fixed the problem in the first place.

Both sides should be able to move without wrecking each other. The person getting in shouldn't feel like they're walking into a trap, and the person leaving shouldn't feel like they blew up the room behind them. Wisemen is going to keep educating on this.
