@TeamYouTube Given the seriousness of a “circumvention of channel termination” violation, we respectfully request clarification or evidence supporting this determination. At present, we have not been provided with any details indicating how our channel is allegedly linked to a terminated Acc
@TeamYouTube Our SACD channel was terminated for “circumvention,” but we have not intentionally bypassed any enforcement. We believe this may be a misunderstanding. We’ve already submitted an appeal that was denied. Please can this be escalated for a proper review?
@TeamYouTube We would like to clearly state that we have never had any previously terminated YouTube channel that is linked to the South African Church Defenders (SACD), nor have we ever attempted to create or use another channel to bypass any enforcement action.
CRL rights commission consultations continue despite a court review.
Is the ANC Government using the CRL to censor Churches?
The Church must remain free. No state interference.

WATCH: What God did through the Church on the 12th of March 2026 was nothing short of historic.
On that day, believers from across KwaZulu-Natal gathered in unity, boldness, and unwavering faith. The Church stood together — not in fear, not in silence — but with one voice declaring truth, freedom, and the Lordship of Jesus Christ over our nation.
It was more than a march.
It was a statement.
It was a stand.
It was a defining moment.
History was written. Faith was demonstrated. Unity was visible.
Watch and witness what happens when the Church rises.

Engagement with President Cyril Ramaphosa & Senior ANC leaders
Today, Pastor Mukhuba, chairperson of the SA Church Defenders (SACD), accompanied by Prof. Mukhuba, held a constructive meeting with the leadership of the African National Congress at Luthuli House, including the Honorable President Cyril Ramaphosa.
The engagement provided an opportunity for SACD to raise concerns affecting Christians in South Africa, particularly issues surrounding religious freedom and the protection of the church. We appreciate the willingness of the ANC leadership to listen and engage on matters that are important to the Christian community.
Our mission remains clear: to defend the rights of Christians and ensure that the voice of the church is heard in our nation. Churches will never be regulated during our time.
We look forward to continued dialogue for the good of South Africa and the protection of constitutional freedoms.

The South African Church Defenders has once again criticised the CRL Commission’s Section 22 ad hoc committee, calling it an unlawful attempt to control churches. SACD chairperson Mpfariseni Mukhuba says
they’re firmly against this. #Newzroom405

Pastor Mukhuba says the CRL’s framework is unnecessary and coercive, as churches have self-governed for centuries and existing laws already address crimes.
She urges CRL to work with churches and authorities instead.
