South African College High School was established in 1829. It is the Oldest School in South Africa and has 840 pupils, of which 140 are boarders.

We welcomed a very special group of boys to High School Boarding this afternoon. Our new Grade 8 boarders are the first High School boarders to all stay at JE de Villiers House. We look forward to working with these young men and their families over the next 5 years.

Well done Old Boy Dane Piedt, being selected for the Proteas Tour to New Zealand. Set to be played in February 2024, South Africa will play a 2-match series. CSA released a 14-member squad, captained by uncapped 27-year-old batting all-rounder Neil Brand.

Congratulations to our WP boys at the capping ceremony this evening. We are delighted of news Ollie Whitehead will be captain of the 2023 Coke Week team. He scored a wonderful hundred yesterday in a 6 wicket victory over Maties. Fayyaad Davids bowled beautifully taking 4 wickets.
