People need to know about what is happening to these animals they are being hurt. Plastic consumers need to know about the harm they can cause marine mammals, if we cut up out plastic bags, for example, we can lessen the chance of marine mammals being entangled.
How can we spread the word? By social media and by communicating with others of course! You can help spread the word about entanglement with marine mammals and help save the ocean environment. Like and retweet this to raise awareness #SAFE#SaveTheEnvironment#SpreadTheWord
You should care because if this trash continues to be in the oceans this will affect the food chain, which is going to be bad for us in the future.

Plastic bottles can take 450 years to degrade!Only 1 in every 6 bottles are recycled, and a global annual of over 1 MILLION beverage bottles are found in the ocean every year! That's over 650 tons of plastic bottles found in the ocean every year.100 African Elephants equate to that
Human interaction can be prevent just by simply doing the decent thing and not littering. Plastics cause around 100,000 marine mammal deaths every year. The way to prevent this is to recycle more. Plastics can last in the ocean for up to 600 years.

Human interactions can be very harmful to animals they can lose track of their family and die this is because people try to pick these animals up wich is very bad and the most affected are pups cause they need their family to survive #AntiHarrasment
The pollution of plastic is a very large issue. Only a very small percentage of plastics are actually recycled, and the majority ends up in landfills or the ocean. So if possible please recycle and reduce the plastic in our oceans. #conservation#oceanplastic#SAFE#CleanOceans
On average, these statistics show how many different sea creatures are entangled every year. It's caused mostly by plastic bags, plastic wrappers, and balloons. Please help keep plastic out of the ocean by tying plastic bags, cutting plastic rings, and recycling #SAFE#Conserve
