We’re excited to congratulate the Leadership Sumter Class of 2025–2026, a 9-month program created by the Sumter Chamber of Commerce to bring community members together to learn, lead, and network. SAFE Federal Credit Union is especially proud to have had two employees, Mekeisha Gibbons and Rob Tillman, take part in this transformative experience. Over the course of the program, they built strong connections, expanded their knowledge of Sumter, and honed leadership skills that will benefit our community for years to come. What an amazing weekend at the inaugural Gamecock City Invitational! SAFE was honored to be the presenting sponsor as baseball fans packed Riley Park for two days of top-tier high school action and a special visit from baseball legend Bobby Richardson. The tournament highlighted some of South Carolina’s best talent and brought our community together for a truly memorable event. SAFE is helping the Bravo Education Foundation of Clarendon County put advanced teaching tools in the hands of area teachers.
