This year's summit brought together truly inspiring women entrepreneurs, and we're especially proud to spotlight Azowel Projects—recipient of the South African Future Trust Women in Business Award. This youth and women-empowering enterprise is transforming unused greenhouses in the iLembe region into thriving agricultural hubs, creating jobs, reducing poverty, and producing high-quality crops for local and international markets.

For individuals looking to implement OOM into their business, the finalists gave three core pieces of advice:
- "Don't try and boil the ocean." Start small and build up momentum as you go.
- Place importance on recognising good performance.
- Utilise the tool to transform the way you think.
