For Saudi Arabia, data is limited, but a 2021 IHME estimate shows a firearm homicide rate of 1.46 per 100,000 (about 530 deaths), with total gun deaths likely similar due to low suicide rates by firearm. A regional study (Dammam, 2013-2023) reported 112 deaths over 10 years.
