@Kirkigi@StaafJackie@grahamformaine It's not much consolation right now but things are better than they were 500 years ago. And that was better than 1000 years ago. And so on and so forth. You're expecting us as a civilization to be perfectly evolved, it's only been about 5000 years, biologically a blink of an eye.
@BMeiselas We need to learn that (some) politicians will do ANYTHING for power, money, control, and influence. JD is the perfect example. He used to have some semblance of a 'soul' and he sold it long ago to be one step away from the presidency held by an 80 year old fat man. Needs to end.
@Kirkigi@StaafJackie@grahamformaine Speculation about the future is pointless. I think he's going to win, maybe/maybe not, but I think it's very possible. And when/if he wins, you will see his record as a senator. I am confident he will not vote for wars. He's certainly better than the alternative. Good luck to you
@Kirkigi@StaafJackie@grahamformaine Those are old quotes. People with PTSD from war are allowed to make mistakes. He's received help and is a different person. If you think people can't change I don't know what to say to you lol
@Kirkigi@StaafJackie@grahamformaine How is it a lie? He's saying it did not benefit everyday Americans and he didn't support it. And you said it "opens the door for wars with a point" lol? You mean like if the USA were invaded by a hostile nation, you're not ok with him being ok with supporting a war like that?
@MFilipek4@mikealfred This is just patently untrue to my understanding. All countries with the exception of the host countries went through qualifying tournaments. If you're saying some regions are more competitive than others...that's probably true, but how do you fix it? And how is it like DEI lol?
@mikealfred These countries now get money from the tournament proceeds for soccer programs. So a lot of the smaller countries with less resources benefit. It helps with all kinds of soccer programs and infrastructure, so it helps the international game overall.

@Kirkigi@StaafJackie@grahamformaine I'm not exactly sure what your point is here. If you're talking about Graham, he's on record saying he's proud he served, but does not approve of that war and would not agree to the war if he were a senator.
@nathanTbernard They could give every voter in Maine over $300 for this ad spend. To one person $300 isn't that much money, but all those people spending or investing that $300 would have an amazing impact on the Maine economy. Instead 'distilled' up to the few/rich (advertising and media).
@realDonaldTrump He's still playing from the same playbook as 14 years ago. How are people fooled for this long? The only difference between now and then is now he (unfortunately) has the power of the federal government behind him...
@BuffaloSmitty71@ksaria098@GuntherEagleman Repercussions like what? Starting a war with Russia? Repercussions like what? Be specific. You won't answer that question with specifics.
@jiahanjimliu@Micro2Macr0@elonmusk Oh and let's just make one thing clear, you never addressed the actual point. Never, not in any way, addressed billionaires (on both sides) giving money to rig things for themselves and their interests. That money is given for one reason, and it's not for us.
@jiahanjimliu@Micro2Macr0@elonmusk Oh geez. OK, that's all you needed to say lol. Have fun kid, you're on the wrong side of history. You look young enough that you'll get to see that. Peace I'm out 😘
