I've complained to @British_Airways and awaiting their response, but I'm just flabbergasted and disappointed. This is damaging for the reputation of @British_Airways and more should be done to protect vulnerable customers

@British_Airways Hi Kit, I think you're missing the point here. This bogus agent not only charged me twice they also gave me a @British_Airways e-ticket. How are they allowed to do this? It's damaging to your reputation. Anyway, my @British_Airways case reference is 25601125

@British_Airways, the question is, do you not vet these agents like Flights Finders who are bogus and fraudulent? They sent me an e-ticket, which I have since found out cannot be confirmed after speaking to @British_Airways customer services

I can't believe how easy it is for a bogus travel agent called Flights Finders uses @British_Airways product and process to defraud well-meaning customers. I think @British_Airways should be doing more to protect customers from these wolves.

This is ridiculous, on 18.26 @c2c_Rail train from West Ham calling at Laindon, Benfleet and all stations to Shoeburyness and for whatever reason driver didn't stop at Benfleet and now over 80 passengers now waiting at Leigh on Sea for another 25mins - just ridiculous

I spoke to @c2c_Rail driver and he wasn't even aware he didn't stop at Benfleet but did apologise for failing to stop. It's quite annoying to be honest, but maybe someone needs to check the driver is okay cuase this is bizarre
