With Jumpstart and the #MTGArena open, we’ve been pretty busy but we are back to #MTGM21 draft. BW lifegain works pretty well. Just ask @BSperry25 with this one. Pretty sure we could have got to 7-0 if we didn’t have to mull to 4 in that match. Either way, this was fun!

[Sunday Afternoon Magicians @SAMagicians]

Umori = 7 wins every time. @jamesonzero once again makes it to 7 wins with Umori in #MTGIKO premier draft. They just can’t keep up with all those creatures! #MTGIkoria #MTGArena #Ikoria #MtG #MagicTheGathering

Since I forgot Twitter more heavily promotes the last link, I want to draw more attention to @bailproject and their cause.

Check out their misson, vision and goals over at https://t.co/gMowjYQ6y4 and come donate this weekend during the stream!

[Justin Parnell @JParnell1]

At the end of the stream, both days I'll be sending all tips and donations I receive on both days over to the wonderful @bailproject.

Some watch some fun paper CMDR and support a great nonprofit!

If you want to play with us, check out the $3 tier at https://t.co/Yp3dZm48IH.

If you want to participate, all you have to do sign up for the Discord tier on https://t.co/Yp3dZm48IH ($3) then find the TTCon channel within. Come play paper CMDR!

If you just want to watch instead, I'll be streaming my games + commentary both days on https://t.co/QajPYz8Nr1.

This weekend was supposed to be SCGCON. Members of the @ThinkTwiceMtg Discord were planning a trip, but once it got canceled, decided to switch gears.

Now they're going to be hosting "ThinkTwice Con," which will be this Fri+Sat (6/12+6/13). Two full days of webcam Commander!

Here were the matchups. Those last two were such a bummer! I didn't see a Winota deck which was nice. Started 3-0 before the first loss. Then got to 6 before losing the last two. Gruul mirror was a tight one. Had them on two before topping a hasty robber.

[Sunday Afternoon Magicians @SAMagicians]

Well, @BSperry25 goes 6-3 in the #arenaopen just missing the cut for day 2. Thanks to @titansfan920 for the Gruul Monsters list. We almost had it!! So very close! #MTGA #MTGArena #MTG

[Sunday Afternoon Magicians @SAMagicians]

@titansfan920 @BSperry25 Absolutely, I didn't expect to get to 6 honestly, so I was so hyped about a possible day 2. No worries though, getting better every day and I'll try to do better when the next one rolls around.

[Sunday Afternoon Magicians @SAMagicians]

We're making the slow climb in #mtghistoric on #MTGArena with this Boros combo deck that has a 70% winrate through 10 games. The combo works more often than you'd think. Mutate Porcuparrot onto Famished Paladin then give him lifelink and you got yourself a stew! #MTG

[Sunday Afternoon Magicians @SAMagicians]

Got another one for the count @MythicLegendary. I notice it all the time now (not sure how many times it's actually happened)

[Sunday Afternoon Magicians @SAMagicians]

Are we doing it right @MythicLegendary? Feels bad noticing it now haha.

[Sunday Afternoon Magicians @SAMagicians]

@jamesonzero with a 7-1 quick draft. Lukka hit the battlefield just twice throughout the 8 games but James powered through by overrunning with creatures. #MTG #MTGIkoria #SAMPOD

[Sunday Afternoon Magicians @SAMagicians]

@idan315 @jamesonzero Pretty crazy right?

[Sunday Afternoon Magicians @SAMagicians]

@jamesonzero took down the Standard Metagame Challenge with Dimir Flash! This deck is legit! #MTGArena #sundayafternoonmagicians #mtg

[Sunday Afternoon Magicians @SAMagicians]

Keeping the good vibes going, @BSperry25 goes 7-2 during his #MTGIKO premier draft with this sweet Boros deck. Good to know our skills still apply to draft with people! #MTGIkoria #MTGArena #Ikoria #MtG #MagicTheGathering

[Sunday Afternoon Magicians @SAMagicians]

@jamesonzero coming in hot with the 7-1 #MTGIKO sealed event! Umori is a bomb! Creatures and lands. What more do you need?! #MTGArena #MTG

[Sunday Afternoon Magicians @SAMagicians]

@jamesonzero makes it into Diamond status with Bant Ramp! Check out the deck he used to get there. The quest for Mythic is on! #mtgarena #mtg #sampod

[Sunday Afternoon Magicians @SAMagicians]

New video this week for @BSperry25’s Tasigur/Villainous Wealth deck. This will probably have some tweaks done with the latest #MTGIkoria spoilers but @DamusGarcia does a beautiful job with this one. Check it out and help us grow the show! #MTG #EDH https://t.co/v3qExHcudL
