Thank you. Genuinely. ♥️
When I began this channel, I was told that attention spans were shrinking, that long conversations wouldn’t work, that it was all saturated anyway. And yet, I believed… in all of you. I believed that curiosity, depth, and empathy still have a place… that it could heal in some way.
This isn’t just a number for me. This stands for something, and reminds me of the promises I made in that first ever video in the channel.
Thank you again, beautiful people. Thanks also to @legendarriors for their faith, work, and belief in this vision.
Here’s to great films, and great conversations that refuse to rush.
Enjoy the ball by ball highlights of ABD’s century today.
Prime Dhoni: 0 overseas centuries
Retina less retired ABD: 2 overseas centuries.

Heinrich Klaassen batting at 6. I can’t !
Yes, he’s the best in the world from overs 7-14, I agree, BUT imagine he’s got a base(10-15 off 10), and that’s exactly what the conventional number 3/4 does anyway, and then goes into that period with the death overs still to come.
At the moment other batters are setting the base, gets out and we expect Klaassen to just fire from the word go?! Not to mention that he bats with the tail more often than not when batting at 6. How does this make sense?
Been happening for a few years now and it’s so frustrating to watch. No offence to any Coach here, just my humble opinion. Please bat him at 3 on good wickets, and 4 on tricky wickets when u lose an early one. You’ll reap the rewards!
Tamil Nadu U19 boys create history by winning our FIRST EVER UNDISPUTED Cooch Behar Trophy Title (previously joint winners in 1991-92). That's a huge monkey off the back. Fantastic stuff.
In the Final against Gujarat, after winning the toss & bowling first, TN conceded 380 & were reduced to 137-5 losing Andre Siddarth & captain Abhinav Kannan. It looked like same old story of TN going deep, but missing out when it mattered the most. But this time it was different. Good leaders emerge from scraps & 4 leaders emerged. The no #3 batter Kishore who gutsed it out with a 54(217) with a cute 24.88 Strike Rate. That situation demanded someone to play one end & what a knock. With the advent of T20, batting 200+ balls in a red ball match is becoming challenging these days, so kudos to him. RS Ambrish with a dynamic 85(114) to steady the ship to 279/7, but TN were still 100 runs away from the 1st innings lead. RK Jayant, walking in at 222/6, scores a counterattacking 91(108), well partnered by Pravin with a 42(86). When Pravin got out, TN were already 383-8 & had taken the 1st inn lead. RK Jayant is highly rated in TN age group circles & it's good to see such clutch players emerge in Big Games, especially from Tamil Nadu. We need more alpha, match winners with a winning mentality. And this is a good first step towards.
Congrats to all the boys. Captain Abhinav Kannan leading from the front with 547 runs at 40, Akshay Sarangdhar with 458 runs, KV Raghav with 395 runs at 50 average, WK Opening bat Shrenik with 364 runs.
An outstanding all round tournament for Pravin with 301 runs + 24 wickets at 18.
The spin duo of Hemchudesan (off spinner) & Kishore B (Left arm Spinner) lead the charts with the ball. Hemchu with an outrageous aggregate of 47 wickets at 13.81, 2.6 economy, 32 Strike Rate. Leading bowler of the competiton. Top drawer stuff. Kishore with 38 wickets at 19.25, 41 SR.
Impressive stuff. Congrats to the boys & TNCA.
Special mention to fielding coaching & a good friend, CS Santosh, a former 1st division cricketer, who quit his high paying IT job to pursue a career in cricket coaching. He's still a wicket bucket in 4th division cricket, picks 4-5 wickets every match. Been slogging for 10+ years in coaching from grass root cricket & this is a sweet moment for all the toil. Congrats, Sanch!

The one thing that never changes is the enormous feeling of emptiness when a big series ends. It is such a big part of your life, your thoughts and your conversations for a few weeks that when it is over, you suddenly feel empty.
There is a special privilege for people who got to follow Jasprit Bumrah's entire career. There was never one such, there will be never one like him. Across conditions, match situations, less support but he always thrived.
