@DGCAIndia @HardeepSPuri Respected Sirs. Flight are cancelled and we have to pay the price. Money is not refunded and a credit shell amt is provided with validity of 1 year. As a Middle class traveller I need my money back to my account as thats more imp in this situation. HELP

@DGCAIndia @HardeepSPuri Sir in normal time we cancel the flight tkt then we are charged then why not during the time also Credit shell option is provided. It seems travellers will always have to pay the price.

@DGCAIndia : Why for cancelled flights rules are different ? If a flight is cancelled the full money should be refunded and not kept in credit shell for the flight dept with a validity of 1 year. What If some one dies in between or someone dont have plan to travel in next 2 yrs
