@OfficialDMRC why do you keep reducing the frequency of Metro during peak hours. This behaviour is akin to e-rickshaws/ pvt buses which won't move till they are full. The office goers not opting for their pvt cars expect some breathing space even if no seat is there. Pls examine.

@bankofbaroda Got a letter to do KYC. Your e platform is not working. Went to branch and used the QR code. Went till last stage of KYC and then the dreaded message that I have to go to Branch. All this while I was there in the Branch. Pathetic on part of bob to have such system.
