@McDonalds and @UberEats Our McD’s order arrived, cold, undercooked, damaged, items missing and melted ice creams. I have only found out 2nite after 3 days of waiting on response to contact ubereats direct for the refund as McDs couldn't process this for their partners.

Called uber to be told no refund as was after 48hrs even though I explained McD’s only have informed me after 3 days of emails back and forth. Order was 3F59C. Emailed McDs back to be told nothing they could do to take up with uber. Just passing the buck to each other.
