Due to an infection behind his horns, Bhima's horns had to be removed in a difficult and rare operation at the MSU Veterinary Hospital in East Lansing, MI.
We're happy that Bhima was able to escape the animal agriculture system and gets to lead a great life at @SASHAFarm
@Charles37187127 @molesuk Hi Charlie, and thank you for the question. Dairy farmers discard animals who will not be profitable for them. Daisy Belle was unable to reproduce, and thus produce milk, so was not useful to them. They will not put money into caring for animals they cannot make money off of.
