Disappointed the BBC cancelled my interview on Israel's killing of Hind Rajab
2 producers eagerly reached out. They confirmed the time & one called to prepare a brief for the anchor
She asked me whether Israel's announcement is positive, I explained in detail it was a cover up.
The IDF is blaming the killing of Hind, her uncle, aunt & 4 cousins on the family itself for trying to flee by car & on the ambulance sent to rescue her for "failures in the co-ordination of the movement."
None of this is remotely true! The Red Cross immediately informed the IDF about 5-year-old Hind who was hiding in that motionless car, & they requested permission from Israel to allow an ambulance to rescue them.
After multiple long hours, Israel granted greenlight to the ambulance & provided them with a designated route on a GPS to drive on.
As soon as the ambulance reached Hind's car, the IDF ambushed & bombed them immediately with an American made anti-tank missile then opened fire on Hind's car. The car was hit with 355 bullets.
Israel then kept that area under lockdown for 12 days, & prevented anyone from approaching.
Hind's mom went daily to the Ahli baptist hospital hoping to find her daughter, until her lifeless body was brought in along with the charred remains of the ambulance men.
Israel then claimed after an "initial investigation" that its troops were NEVER in that area to begin with. They maintained that claim for 2 years despite ample recordings & satellite images debunking this lie.
The only reason Israel is now making this new announcement of a deeper investigation is to shield its soldiers & generals from the International Criminal Court by invoking the principle of "complementarity;" that the ICC cannot investigate a state that is already investigating itself in good faith.
I told the BBC producer Israel today also quietly shut down the investigation into the triple tap killing of American, Canadian, British, Australian & Polish citizens in the WCK massacre. Israel blamed the massacre on the aid workers themselves for "deviating from the predesignated route" & for hiring an armed security guard "without informing the IDF" (both claims where debunked by WCK themselves, who had coordinates their every step with the IDF).
I told the producer the Israeli commander responsible for this massacre, Nochi Mendel, is a fanatical settler who had signed a petition calling for starving Gaza & that he was celebrated by settler leaders & supported by Israeli government leaders after what he did.
Mendel even received a box of chocolate from the settler council's leader & a letter of support for what he did.
Mendel was initially dismissed by the IDF & blamed for the massacre, but was quickly & quietly reinstated & promoted in the Defence Ministry as the head of the settlements and national infrastructure unit.
It's abundantly clear Israel is NOT serious about prosecuting any of the atrocities committed in Gaza. Since the genocide began, only two soldiers were punished by the IDF; one for microwaving a living frog & another for cooking sausages in the army kitchen on Shabbat.
The producer asked me: What about the 150 cases the IDF said are pending review?
I answered: it's just a number designed to give the appearance of seriousness, but it's essentially meaningless.
If it took the IDF two whole years to admit the simplest of facts that the entire world had already known, which is that their troops were the ones who fired on Hind Rajab's car, how do you expect them to do with the remaining cases that are not as high profile?
Five minutes after the call, the producer wrote me that they decided to cancel the interview & will not even host anyone else to comment on the issue, & instead they'll play archival footage!
$FET is down so bad that calling this โbullishโ almost feels offensive.
Which is exactly why I like the setup.
Years of liquidity have accumulated near the lows
while the two obvious magnets above remain untouched:
$0.98 โ $3.48.
From ~$0.12, that second target is roughly +2,700%.
Most people will wait for $FET to pump 500% before becoming bullish.
Iโd rather be early enough to look stupid.
Trying to imagine the reaction if a top adviser to, and ally of, Presidents Biden or Obama had said: "It would be much easier to actually start using military force to start raiding synagogues and removing these people from our country." It would have the been the biggest - only? - story in America.
But top Trump ally Loomer said it about Muslims and mosques so it won't be on a single front page tomorrow or nightly news headline.
The double standards when it comes to Islamophobia are as brazen as they are dangerous:

$FET looks dead.
Perfect.
Because the best setups rarely look bullish before they move.
My levels:
$0.98 โ wake up
$2.19 โ disbelief
$3.47 โ everyone suddenly becomes a long-term believer
From here, thatโs roughly +4,000%.
The chart is ugly.
The asymmetry isnโt.
The Israel Prison Service is boasting about the judgment that ordered me to pay costs, and which quoted me again and again describing the well-known crimes the IPS commits on a regular basis. They are boasting about the judgment and about Judge Ron Solkin, who ordered me to pay 5,000 NIS in costs.
But I, too, am proud: proud of every word I wrote and that is quoted in this judgment by Judge Ron Solkin. I thank the IPS Spokespersonโs Office for distributing the judgment, and I hope it will be circulated more and more around the world.
The Nakba Continues in the Courts
The lives of Palestinian political prisoners are worth next to nothing, and even their lawyers are forced to pay the price.
The judge sees a Palestinian man shackled hand and foot, being roughly led by a brave masked fighter โ a fighter from the โNachshonโ unit. These fighters are the most violent and sadistic among the Israel Prison Service guards. They are the ones who transfer โsecurity prisonersโ from the prison to the โpostaโ โ an armored vehicle that holds a dozen prisoners or more โ and then on to another prison, or to a court hearing, or to another prison facility where a hearing is held. Throughout this entire process, the prisoners are blindfolded, shackled hand and foot, and forbidden to move or utter a word. But even if they do not move or say a word, that usually does not help them. They are beaten โ severely beaten.
In fact, today all the prisoners ask โ plead โ that under no circumstances be they brought to hearings, and that, at most, the hearing be held by video conference, thereby sparing them the violent transfer. Most judges agree to this request by the prisoners, since all the judges know full well about the criminal violence of the Israel Prison Service against Palestinian political prisoners, and perhaps some shred of compassion still remains in them toward the most vulnerable people in society, who are under their protection. Not so Judge Ron Solkin.
Ron Solkin is one of the far rightโs preferred candidates for promotion, and they would certainly want him to reach the Supreme Court bench. The first time in my career that I saw a judge refuse the simple request of a prisoner to remain in prison and have the hearing held by video conference, thereby sparing himself torture โ perhaps even torture to death โ it was Judge Ron Solkin who issued this horrifying decision. A decision that says he demands that the prisoner undergo torture if he wishes to access the courts. Indeed, this decision by Solkin caused me to withdraw the petition entirely, since I do not wish my client to be killed or harmed by the most violent guards in the Israel Prison Service. The petition is not worth that, and in any event, I will of course respect my clientโs wishes. I informed the Honorable Judge Solkin that I was withdrawing the petition in order to protect the petitionerโs life and body.
At this stage, Judge Solkin could have done what any other judge would have done and tersely stated that the petition would be dismissed, and that would have been the end of the matter. But Judge Solkin was not satisfied with that. Seeking to please those who sent him, he issued another decision and asked me โ the innocent lawyer sounding the alarm at the breached gate about physical violence against prisoners โ to explain why personal costs should not be imposed on me in light of my repeated defamatory statements against the Israel Prison Service, whose staff work day and night for the public good.
I responded that imposing costs on the lawyer who sounds the alarm is part of the same mechanism of denial that enables the systematic torture of Palestinian political prisoners. Solkin forwarded my response to the Israel Prison Service for comment, and for some reason I have a feeling that they will reinforce Judge Solkinโs words, because how dare I defame the devoted guards of the Israel Prison Service? I am also certain that this saga will become yet another complaint against me to the Israel Bar Association. After all, people in the Israel Prison Service and in the judiciary want to get ahead in life, and they know on which side their bread is buttered.
New disciplinary complaints keep being filed against me with the Israel Bar Association because of my political posts. But by now, I know exactly what to tell both the Bar and my followers.
Being a lawyer and practising under a licence that I earned through hard work and years of study is nice, and of course it is nice to earn money from it. But there are more important things in lifeโsuch as remaining true to your core values.
I support the liberation of Palestine and the establishment of a democratic state throughout the entire territory, from the river to the sea. I oppose apartheid and genocide in a state that has made apartheid and genocide its banner.
If my licence to practise law is revoked because of this, it will be a mark of disgrace for the Israel Bar Associationโnot for me.
Every complaint filed by Shai Glick is a source of pride, and a complaint filed by the Israel Prison Service is an even greater source of pride. I will regard any punishment or reprimand imposed by the Israel Bar Association in exactly the same way. To this day, the Bar has not seen fit to oppose the torture and crimes against humanity being committed against political prisoners in Israeli prisons.

FET is printing a potential double bottom on the 1W chart ๐ with both bottoms forming near $0.10โ$0.12. Buyers are defending this long-term support zone as the structure starts to build a base.

FET has continued inching towards our sub $0.12 target and down over 40% since (threaded)
While that is still a good target area, I've adjust where I think the landing spot will be
I kept the original one there for your reference and it's not a bad area if you're macro bullish and want to start a position
But I think we might push lower into that $0.06 area
