Follow up vid guys !!! Landlord happy we could convert rather than replace these old tilt n turn windows into side openers ! Sashstop repair plate really helped securing and covering old handle marks / holes especially when replacing other deeper Espag mechs

A message to all you window repair guys ! Tenant thought he could repair the seized lock himself ! We didn’t walk away we used one of our new repair plate versions ! Happy tenant at a fraction of the cost of a new frame !

Have you seen our new Jig Gaskets? Just a little improvement that allows for a better installation (jig getting more snug to frame) and also provides better protection from damaging the frame via the soft neoprene surface while the self-adhesive back sticks nicely to the jig!
