Fantastic time representing our Goshen KLab speaking to the new group of @Kidsfit_ABL learners at the conference held at @ScotchtownAve@GoshenCSD
You’re all are super passionate about kinesthetic learning & there’s no doubt your students will flourish like ours!
Best of luck!
Ashleigh Massa from Mrs. Herring’s class is the Scotchtown Grinder of the Day.
Ashleigh is dominating the day with over 12,000 steps tracked on her Fitbit.
Very impressive feat for a 2nd grade student.
Keep up the fantastic work!

Early dismissals dont stop us from getting extra KLab Time in.
John, Lucas and Ben are putting in the work strengthening their brains as they Cross the Midline by using their arms and legs in opposition during our Bilateral Stepping Station.
We’re very proud of their hard work!
“If exercise was a pill it would be the most prescribed medicine in America.”
I’ll never forget how shook I was the day I heard this.
What’s stoping you from getting exercise?
Answer: You.
Jason from Mrs. Winship’s class ending his school week strong by crushing our cups activity by building a mega tower.
Jason has been working super hard in the KLab and getting better every single day.
Great job!
Mrs. McDermotts class crushing our bilateral pushups.
Bilateral pushups are a blend between Praying Mantis Pushups (Back is high) & Alligator Crawl (Using Opposite Limbs)
Overall, these pushups help students develop muscular strength/endurance while also crossing their midline.
Mairead, a new member of our Scotchtown family from Mrs. D’Addio’s class is setting into our school very well and having a ton of fun in the KLab too!
Welcome to Goshen!
We are excited to have you in our school!
Ryan and Andrew from Mrs. Ebers class are dialed in at the cup stacking station.
Cup stacking is instrumental in developing students dexterity and manipulative skills.
Great job boys!
Birthday Boy Brady from Mrs. Millazo’s class modified our Trunk Twists by making a group of 4.
Definitely a fan favorite in the KLab!
Great job friends!
Working hard on this AWESOME Friday.
The Lizard Pose is the 5th Progression in our Tactile Learning Foundation (6.5)
Students are encouraged to isolate the head and neck muscles needed to raise their head while keeping it in line with their back.
Fantastic job!
