Ration distribution was successfully conducted among 100 transgender individuals in Multan by TZP Trust in collaboration with Satrangi Organization. The initiative aimed to support the transgender community facing economic hardship by providing essential food items.

Satrangi Organization participated in the distribution of toolkits among transgender students at ITHM College Multan under a skill development program by PSDF in collaboration with the Punjab Government.

Satrangi Organization, in collaboration with Lions Club Multan, organized a blanket and comforter distribution for the transgender community in Multan to help them stay warm and dignified during the winter season.

Satrangi Organization achieved first position in the APLHIV Community Award Organization category for its outstanding work for the community and PLHIV. The award was received by Dr. Muhammad Izhar, President of Satrangi Organization.

Satrangi organization marked World AIDS Day 2025 at the ART Center in Multan, raising awareness about HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, and support. The event aimed to reduce stigma and promote access to care, aligning with global efforts to end the epidemic by 2030.

In the face of adversity, compassion becomes our greatest strength. Satrangi Organization and SATHI Foundation joined hands to organize a flood relief medical camp in Jalalpur Pirwala. A dedicated medical team provided check-ups to over 250 flood-affected individuals

On the 4th day of the veterinary relief camp organized by Satrangi Organization in Qadir Pur Sodhra, District Muzaffargarh, in collaboration with Nawan Laboratories , free medical treatment, vaccination, and awareness sessions were provided for livestock.

On the 2nd day of veterinary flood relief Camp Satrangi Organization provided vital animal care services to 100 Farmers in Qadir Pur Saleh, District Muzaffargarh. The team treated livestock affected by floods, ensuring their health and safety.
