Thembisa (Dee) Tyeku, SATSA Athlete who was injured at the World Transplant Games in Perth in April was fianally repatriated to South Africa by Air Ambulance. We are all relieved and excited to have Dee back home and we wish her a speedy recovery.
Team Transplant SA is off to a great start with ten medals on the first two days at the World Transplant Games in Perth in Cycling, Road Running, Golf and Squash.
Team Transplant SA will depart in one week for Perth to represent South Africa in the World Transplant Games from 15 - 22 April 2023. Good luck Team SA.
Congratulations to Johannes van der Merwe from Nelspruit on winning the Raffle for the Norco Storm Mountain Bike last weekend. The bike was handed over at Mello Velo Cycles by Byron Powell from SA Transplant Sports Association and Michael Valsecchi CEO of @CyclesUnited
