Delivery guy gave it at home without OTP, later took it back, then asked me for OTP and even ID details on WhatsApp. Now he’s not reachable.

It's 1.30 AM and train is crossing satna, hete some of the staff came to me and they were more focused on making video of temporary solution given to me than actually trying to fix it. And again rail madad closed the complaint.

The salesperson was pushing me to get a postpaid sim and use it for 3 months and then switch that to prepaid. I told her that I am there only for a prepaid sim and not for a postpaid connection. She signalled a male colleague and he spoke in a not-so responsible manner (2/TO)
