@RailMinIndia I have been waiting at PNBE since 7:40 PM for Train No. 13128, and it has still not arrived. Don't you think that at least one announcement regarding the delay should have been made? Passengers deserve timely information to avoid unnecessary inconvenience

@RailMinIndia Please don't ask for contact number in DM. Please provide the solution. Display is not meant for displaying ads only, I guess. Yes it is a source of income (whichbis necessary) but it should not at the cost of passenger convenience and safety.

Expected arrivaland departure time of train(13128) is 19:40 & 1950hrs respectively. But the display is showing ads. PF 2 patna junction.

@RailMinIndia The train is scheduled to arrive at 19:43 on Platform 2 (patna jn), but the display is showing only advertisements. When the train arrives, passengers have to check coach positions at the last moment, which leads to chaos every time. Kindly take necessary action.
