I used instacred HDFC cardless Debit emi option to place order from @Flipkart. But order got cancelled and @flipkartsupport confirmed the amount is refunded. Please investigate why my Debit EMI is still showing active and resolve the issue asap.

@flipkartsupport You can see the response from Bank, the refund was never received. If you want to proof wrong @HDFC_Bank please provide transaction ID or anything that helps my issue to get resolved

Disappointed with @Flipkart.

I was buying Galaxy S24 via debit EMI on 23rd Sept, Flipkart cancelled my order saying payment issue.

But I got success message from Bank and the EMI loan still showing active.
Following up since, but no refund yet @consumercourtin @flipkartsupport

@flipkartsupport The response I am getting from Flipkart, does not resolve my issue.
Please share the transaction ID for me to provide to Bank. I have sent the mail attachment from bank (dated 04.10.25) via dm. Please check and respond

The most concerned thing for me is to pay for the EMI of the order that got cancelled. Contacted with bank and they confirmed that the refund is not received yet.
So requesting to resolve asap.
I do not wish to pay the EMI for a cancelled order.
