Venue design at Toronto's Rolling Loud was a UX nightmare that did not take into account usability or function.

This temp floating bridge was meant to be used as a pathway connecting stages but immediately had to be shutdown rendering it useless the whole weekend.

As an attendee, this impacted my festival experience because it increased traffic, made certain areas highly dense and increased distance betwen stages.

Ultimatetly, this all meant it took longer to get to where you needed to be so you could miss parts of sets. 😢
