Woke up early to help my Maman out with scanning documents. Scanner was jammed because Baba always eats lunch by the computer and a lentil fell into the printer. 🥲🙃

You may have heard, we've launched our new website!
But that's not the only change we've made. 🧵
Here are some ways we've evolved throughout the years...

Craftsman turned businessman, saving the earth became Patagonia's mission from day one.
This changed Patagonia's approach to marketing.
Here's how Patagonia redefined purpose marketing:
@MorganUMedia In my experience, there was too much pressure on getting leads even if it was at your detriment. Worked a booth for 4 days. Crashed every single night. Even if you're extroverted, these things can take a lot out of you. Create a culture of care with your booth-mates. Check in. 🙏
Venue design at Toronto's Rolling Loud was a UX nightmare that did not take into account usability or function.
This temp floating bridge was meant to be used as a pathway connecting stages but immediately had to be shutdown rendering it useless the whole weekend.
Why? 🧵👇
As an attendee, this impacted my festival experience because it increased traffic, made certain areas highly dense and increased distance betwen stages.
Ultimatetly, this all meant it took longer to get to where you needed to be so you could miss parts of sets. 😢
