#QuittingZerodha
Finally, i decided to come out of Zerodha. I have been trading on Zerodha for 4 years and investing for last 9 years.
I am in tech field for more than two decades. I know there will be technical glitches and no one can guarantee 100% uptime. But the difference between great and bad business is how they deal with these issues.
My average number of orders each day are in the range of 1200 (Rs. 20 per order). This year from Jan 1st 2024, I have paid Rs. 27,78,560.00 (Rs. 27.8 lakhs) to Zerodha as brokerage. Zerodha is happy to charge money for these orders. But when there is an issue, it asked me to check with the exchange directly. They are also kind to provide BSE website address.
I may be just one more customer for Zerodha out of thousands of customers but for me Zerodha is the only trusted broker so far. And that trust is broken now. I do not want to engage with unprofessional (you disowned your responsibility to provide service), unethical (you did not prove clean), unreliable (after placing order I do not know what will happen) business.
I lost Rs. 18 lakhs because of technical glitch on June 12th. I am not worried or sad. I will earn back in a week. But this is more than yearly salary for many Indians. Imagine if this happens to a person with capital of Rs. 10 lakhs. They will get into depression and may end their life. Please deal with these issues with some empathy and professionalism. I started my journey with Rs. 2 lakhs capital. I know what it feels to lose even Rs. 100.
I have initiated the process to move to a different broker and will be done in a week. I wish all the best and success to all at Zerodha and their customers. I will not miss watching @Nithin0dha' s webinars. @zerodha@moneycontrolcom@livemint@BSEIndia@CNBCTV18Live@CNBCTV18News@ETMarkets
“Despite our efforts to minimize civilian casualties during the strike, the fire that broke out was unexpected and unintended...Our investigation seeks to determine what may have caused such a large fire to ignite.“
Watch the full statement by IDF Spokesperson RAdm. Daniel Hagari regarding the recent strike that occurred in Rafah:
@mrsinha When Congress comes to power - what more can be expected!!!? A party that claims to be secular but secular for them is only appeasing the so called Peacefuls!!
@Prith10 So 10:25 candle closed below 45300-45285. And 10:35 candle is a retest candle. So low of 10:35 candle is taken out , I would enter PE with 10:35 high as its SL. If the low is not taken then it saves the money risked!

@Prith10 Below 45300, once a selling candle closes, I would wait for a retest candle to test the resistance at 45285-45300. Then would take a small risk to buy PE if low of retest candle is taken out.
@qr_mohit Tomorrow would be range bound I feel as it was trending today.
Gapup if above 50% level -> then can give some upside momentum after panicking the BTST sellers.
If no Gapup scenario, then May be 44484-44444- iss range ke aaspaas support lega to start recovering and move up.
@DhepeshK@Olacabs@ola_supports@bhash Same with Uber. Almost 99% drivers deny to turn ON the AC. Car conditions don’t even ask! After instructing the driver multiple times for the AC, they would turn ON at speed 1.
There is no hygiene, sweaty smells. I rather take an auto for khuli hawa ride 😬
