If there’s no confidence in reviewing the extracardiac findings, there should be measures in place to ensure 2nd review

@cardioQT Transeptal course of the LAD rather than inter arterial. No overtly malignant features based on the CT appearances. Dobutamine stress will be useful if there’s any doubt
