A study co-authored by #CABBI's Vijay Singh & Deepak Kumar showed that co-producing ethanol & anthocyanin from purple corn stover can improve the process economics of cellulosic ethanol production for biofuels & provide anthocyanin extract, a pigment, to the food industry.
