@chrismwojcik We could also argue over a beer that to some extent the personal constraints are selected for by the “rules” (I am including both task and environmental constrains as governed by the rules).
@chrismwojcik We self organize our behavior under the constraints of the system. Like I said it’s just my opinion. I see the rules as an evolutionary pressure and therefore the most fundamental unit of the behavior.

@DCGreyMattersUK I agree. In my sport we have 5 “gifts” that the athlete can thank their parents for. It’s my job as a coach to help those with the gifts to maximize them and those without to “overcome” them.
@kyledupic@ConvoswColeman Eco D doesn’t “do” anything. Coaches coach and coaches use some mix of methods. There will be coaches with great methods that never have the success and coaches with poor methods that have tremendous success.
